Yes. You can add JPG, PNG or WebP images instead of (or together with) a PDF. Each image becomes one page, scaled to A4 width, with the same scan effects applied.
Never. The entire process runs inside your browser using JavaScript, PDF.js and PDF-lib. Your document is not sent to any server, and nothing remains once you close the tab.
Choose 100 or 150 DPI, set quality to Small, and use Grayscale or Black & White mode. Reducing the noise slider also helps, because grain makes JPEG compression less efficient. You can also run the result through our Compress PDF tool.
